Setu (E-kyc App)
Connect your setu account to kylas to determine whether or not your customer's pancard is linked and validated. Also, according to the pancard, update the customer's correct name.
Additional Fields in Meeting report dimensions and filters & meeting listing
There will be more dimensions and filters available, such as associated lead, associated company, and invitees, when preparing meeting reports.
View the associated/Related record details in a Popup
On the deal and company listings, as well as their details pages, you will see the phone number and email address of the contact linked with that record, making it easier to communicate with your consumer.
User Availability in Kylas
Admin can establish the user availability in Kylas so that he knows when the user is available to work on Kylas and do some preset tasks via automation.
Automation with Additional Information
Set an automation to perform certain actions such reassign the records, Send an email with the help of additional information (Task that are due today, Next 7 days)

Listing Pages Enhancement
Even if the user returns to the listing page after opening a record and going to its details page, the entered search criteria will remain unchanged.
On entity listing pages, the user will be able to freeze the columns he wants while scrolling to the right.
If the user returns to the listing page, the previously opened records will be highlighted so that he knows which records were previously opened.
Any record can be opened in a new tab with a single click.
Additional Listing page Filter for Phone Number & Email
Filter and view the Lead, Contact, and company records based on the phone number and Email from the listing page.
Improve Record journey with Pipeline updates
Add a new stage to the existing pipeline or reorder the pipeline stage based on need to streamline the Lead, Deal journey
Automation for escalation for no action on any record
If there is no activity on any record for a given period of time, then any action on such records, such as escalation mail to manager, reassign that record to another user, and so on, will be available.
Tata Tele integration for bulk calling ( kylas caller)
Tata Tele in Kylas Caller allows users to select several leads/contacts from the listing page and begin bulk phoning.
Microsoft Teams Connector
Connect your Teams account to kylas and deliver kylas updates in real time to any channel you wish. If your users using teams in your organization, they can get real-time updates on what's going on in Kylas.
Marketplace Apps triggers in Automation
Ability to trigger Kylas workflows based on an event happening in a marketplace app and to use a marketplace app field as variable in another app
eg. If you are using any Marketplace payment app, then when any payment link is generated, share that link in an email or over WhatsApp automatically.
