A common WhatsApp listing page, similar to web.whatsapp, allows you to view all your Kylas WhatsApp chats in one place. You can communicate directly with your leads and contacts without navigating to their individual detail pages.

The introduction of the Campaign module will help you send bulk WhatsApp messages to your customers. You will be able to create and manage WhatsApp campaigns directly in Kylas.

Score Rule on Contact
You can set scoring rules based on core contact events, email, call, Whatsapp events in Kylas. A Contacts's score can increase when they open an email or click on a link, make a successful call, or reply on whatsapp message, helping you gauge the prospect's interest. This allows you to prioritize such Contacts for more focused attention.
Live on Production
Uniquneness on Company
With this feature, you can set up a uniqueness strategy on the company module to avoid creating duplicate companies in the system.
Document preview
Users will be able to see the preview in Kylas itself without downloading the document.
Dial pad (Marketplace App)
The Dialpad Marketplace app will be available on the Kylas Marketplace to make outbound calls or to create inbound calls in Kylas, especially for clients operating in the US region.
