Workflow Automation
In Lead/Deal/Contact & Task, With workflow automation, if you want to copy the value of one field to another field, you will be able to do so.
In Lead/Deal/Contact & Task, With Kylas workflow automation, you can replace, append, or prepend the value while copying from one field to another.
In Lead/Deal/Contact & Task, With Kylas workflow automation, you can increment or decrement numbers by either an absolute value or a percentage when copying numbers in the number and money type fields.
In Lead/Deal/Contact & Task, Users can now specify an exact, before, or after date and date-time while copying date or date-time type data with the help of workflow automation.
In Lead/Deal/Contact & Task, Users can copy marketplace application variables into Kylas fields using workflow automation.
eg. Payment link, status, original info etc.
Listing page
Users will be able to see the latest note for contacts and deals on their respective listing pages, just like for leads.
Report Management
This feature will enable additional field support in lead reports, enhancing data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Users will be able to create a report based on emails they have sent, received, and opened,
eg. determining the number of emails sent by each user , how many of those sent emails have been opened in the last three days and so on.
Facebook Marketplace App
The Facebook lead generation ID will also be available to copy into any Kylas field when mapping Facebook and Kylas fields
Voxbay (Kylas Caller)
Users who have opted for Voxbay for solution will be able to configure their custom domain URL, enabling them to make calls from Kylas via their locally hosted solution, and logs will be generated directly in Kylas.
Bulk action
Kylas users will be able to delete notes from their Kylas account if those notes are no longer important to them.
Field Sales
The "Field Sales" feature allows users to view the live location of team members and other users' timelines on mobile.
