  • Even after a lead has been converted in the system, the user will still be able to update its details and reconvert again.

Forex Integration

  • While creating and closing the deal or quotation, enter your exchange rate that can be calculated against your base currency.

  • Regardless of the currency, the deals are in, the users will be able to see the report in their currency, and Kylas will show this report in the currency that you want to see the report in.

Kanban View

  • Kylas will have a Kanban view for deals.

  • Users will be able to see their deals in a Kanban view and track how many Deals are in each pipeline stage.

  • Change the deal's status in Kanban View.

  • Perform actions in bulk to act on your deal records, such as moving deals to certain stages in bulk or updating a particular field.

Product Fields on the Deal

Goal vs Achievement

  • Users might use Kylas products to construct a deal for themselves. For example, on a deal, I might set a target of "I will close the deals worth 5 lakhs, by having each product such as Table, Chairs, and Board," which would be my aim. So, while defining a deal goal, I may add product to a dimension.

  • Users with management or Super Admin privileges can create goals and assign a goal owner to complete the task within a specified period.
