Scoring Rule
You can set scoring rules based on email events in Kylas. A lead's score can increase when they open an email or click on a link, helping you gauge the prospect's interest. This allows you to prioritize such leads for more focused attention.
Live on Production
Call log events will be included in scoring rules, allowing you to increase or decrease a lead's score based on the call status. This helps you assess whether the prospect is genuinely interested in doing business with you.
Geo-Fencing
Geofencing will be a new feature under Field Sales. It allows you to set guidelines for users to check in from meeting locations. If a user attempts to check in from a different location, their reporting manager will be notified of the activity.
Task on Company
You can create tasks directly from the company details page and generate reports to track the number of tasks completed for any specific company.

API Rate Limit (Additional features)

To manage your inventory in Kylas, a new marketplace application will be available on the Kylas Marketplace. This integration app allows you to connect your Zoho Inventory account with Kylas, enabling seamless inventory management as your sales grow.
Your sales team can raise sales orders directly from Kylas, ensuring the correct quantity is deducted from your product inventory.
