WhatsApp on Deals will be available, allowing you to start conversations directly from the Deal page and send messages to associated contacts. This helps you maintain context while communicating with your contacts on Kylas.
Tasks on Company
For users focused on B2B business, you will now be able to add tasks directly to a company.
A common WhatsApp listing page, similar to web.whatsapp, allows you to view all your Kylas WhatsApp chats in one place. You can communicate directly with your leads and contacts without navigating to their individual detail pages.
