Reshare Records
Allow the users to reshare a Lead, Deal, Contact, and Company record that is already been shared with them by allowing reshare profile permission.
Call Log workflow
Users can now set up automation over the call logs to perform particular actions on leads, contacts, and deals associated with them.
Task Workflow
Set up automation over the Task to perform particular actions on leads, contacts, and deals associated with them.
Meeting Workflow
Users can add conditions based on associated records to execute the action on the respective meeting

Users can now send Kylas meeting data and the details of the associated record to their database via a webhook URL.
User Profile - Signature
Users can add rich text, images, and logos to their signature, and the same will be sent in an email template.
Forex Integration
You will be able to add your base currency as well as the currencies you want to show in the currency dropdown on each entity module.
Reports
Users can now see the number of deals against all the contacts available in the system
Users can download reports with filters applied so they can download the right data
Company Smartlist on Dashboard
Users could access their company smart list from the dashboard by navigating from the dashboard to the company listing page.
Netcore WA integration
The user might link their Net Core account to Kylas in order to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
Facebook Retargeting
Market your ads in an effective way and advertise to the right audience via Facebook retargeting with Kylas.
Big V ( integration)
To make outbound calls from Kylas, the user might connect their Big V accounts.
If there is no record of an incoming call in Kylas, a lead/contact will be generated along with a call log.
Email Listing
In Kylas, you will be able to see a different inbox and have access to all the emails pertaining to leads, contacts, and deals in one location.

Goal vs Achievement
When creating a Goal vs Achievement report, users can easily add goals without having to go to the goals page.
Users can access a list of deals from the goals vs achievement report to give managers a complete rundown of their team’s performance.
Every user who has goal-related permissions or is involved in any of the deal goals will be able to add a "goal vs. achievement" dashlet to their dashboard. This will allow them to see their progress towards the goals assigned to them whenever they log into their Kylas account
Shopify (Marketplace App)
Integrate and connect your Shopify online store with Kylas CRM to track and communicate with your customers and build a strong rapport.
Append marketplace app URL in I-frame
Users will be able to open any installed marketplace app within the Kylas i-frame by clicking on the shared URL.

The user will be able to map all campaign, source, and product information in the interakt app, so that whenever a new lead or contact is produced in the kylas, this information will be available.
Lead Conversion
Even after a lead has been converted in the system, the user will still be able to update its details.

Product Fields on the Deal
User will be able to add those product fields which he wants to see on the deal form as well as on the deal details page to see all the properties of the selected product
While creating and closing the deal or quotation, enter your exchange rate that can be calculated against your base currency.
Regardless of the currency the deals are in, the user will be able to see the report in his currency, and Kylas will show this report in the currency that you want to see the report in.
Kanban View
Kylas will have a Kanban view for deals.
Users will be able to see their deals in a Kanban view and track how many leads are in each pipeline stage (eventually, leads will be added).
Change the deal's status in Kanban View.
Power BI (Marketplace App)
Users could instal this marketplace app on their Kylas account and get all the data into Power BI to generate reports on the records available in Kylas.
This app will help users generate complex reports like cross-entity reports or reports that have limitations in Kylas.
Import with Historical Data
Users can import leads, contacts, deals, companies and meetings in Kylas with historical data- created and updated dates- so there is no discrepancy in the database.
Goal Vs achievement Notifications
Users who have been assigned a target by their managers will receive timely reminders based on their percentage of achievement. This will help users stay on track of their goals
Managers will receive notifications when their reportees reach key milestones toward the goal they have set. This will allow managers to keep track of their reportees' progress towards the defined goals.
Users will receive prorated notifications based on their accomplishments, and these notifications will be activated with each user's incremental achievement by modifying their long-term or short-term goals into the altered time frame.
Kylas Other variables, such as state, city, and source, might be used by users to construct a deal for themselves. For example, on a deal, I might set a target of "I will close the deals worth 5 lakhs, coming from each source such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and website," and that would be my aim. So, while defining a deal goal, I may add dimension as a source.
Users with management or Super Admin privileges can create goals and assign a goal owner to complete the task within a specified period.

On mobile, users can now check the number of deals against all contacts in the system.
Record Access on Profile
Reporting managers will be able to re-assign ‘records’ to other users in case a user is not available or overloaded with existing tasks
Admins can restrict information for certain users. With profile-wise access users will only see information on entity listing page that is available on their details page layout.
On mobile, the currency choice will only show the required currencies.
Despite the original currency of the deals, users can view reports in their chosen currency. Kylas will adjust and display the report in the selected currency
