Our Story
As founders of a successful tech solution Sell.Do, we have been fortunate to partner with nearly 600 Mid-Sized & Enterprise Businesses. Over the years, we have understood a lot about the challenges these organizations faced in running their sales and marketing functions.
Many of these businesses had invested in multiple digital tools. Their employees, often, found these tools non-intuitive and difficult to use. They also faced challenges in truly collaborating as a team. As a result, product adoption suffered and only a small percentage of the entire feature suite was utilized, leaving significant value on the table. Also, employees would soon consider using these tools an additional chore. Consequently, the data being fed was incomplete & error-prone and businesses ended up with half-baked insights.
Growing businesses, often, lack the time and resources to allow for such waste. This inspired us to create Kylas Growth Engine - our resolve to help organizations grow with the right product, expertise and a collaborative approach. Kylas (pronounced as kai-laas) is a source of energy, wisdom, and calm. It is the energy that pulsates through us when we see the sun’s rays touch the peak of Mt. Kailash in the early hours of the morning.

To start with, our team will provide expertise to help businesses apply best practices and insights to scale higher peaks. Our Sales App and the Motivational Ecosystem is built to help sales teams stay focused & work with a sense of calm and inspiration. A little further down the road, we will launch a collaboration stack which leverages the collective knowledge that resides within the organization and/or its external stakeholders. We will also employ an AI Engine to help provide intelligence around data and timely insights. We believe that this blend of Product & Expertise will help businesses take better decisions and make the most of their investment.
