Kylas is constantly evolving, regularly introducing new features to enhance your experience and meet your needs. The May 2024 edition of Kylas Sales CRM brings you the features and marketplace apps you need to make easy connections with your customers.
In this release, our features will:
- Improve your interactions
Features in this Release:
Kylas Setu
When verifying businesses and individuals is an important part of your business, you need a marketplace that you can trust with KYC. This is why Kylas has recently introduced Setu KYC in its marketplace.
The app helps you verify users so that you can disburse loans, process payouts, enable investments, and more, stress-free. You can also keep all customer data centralized and consistent, including verification documents, and reduce data discrepancies and errors using the app.
Additionally, as you can automate the process of verification, you can easily reduce the need for manual verification and offer a more seamless experience to your customers. With the app, you can sync data in real time and avoid any type of fraudulent activities by cross-verifying customer details.
For instance, if you get a new customer who is interested in doing business with you, you can send them the KYC request using the Setu marketplace app and get them verified before taking a step forward.
Kylas Dialer
When you are in sales, you sometimes have to make calls to your leads and contacts from your personal phone number. Now, it won’t be a hassle for you to log these calls into your Kylas CRM. Kylas has recently introduced the Kylas Dialer app to make it easy for you.
With the app, you can sync your mobile call logs easily with Kylas CRM. This means that whenever you make a call to a lead or contact from your mobile phone, you can sync the details with your CRM and keep track of all the calls made.
For instance, if you have to make a call to one of your leads after your shift, you can log the call in Kylas using the Kylas Dialer application.
Field Sales Management
Earlier, Kylas introduced field sales management to help businesses track the daily activities of their field executives. But sometimes, you need a detailed report of where your field executive was and where the meeting happened. This is why Kylas has recently introduced some enhancements in its field sales management.
Now, you can also track the live location of each of your field executives. You will also know if your field executives have turned off their live location and what their last location was.
Also, you may now use your own Google Maps API key for Kylas field sales feature. With this, the per-user cost for field sales will be nearly 30% cheaper as Google provides free credits every month and bills you as per your usage.
For example, if you want to confirm that your field executive attended the meeting he was supposed to before logging out for the day, you can easily check their last location and confirm it.
Hierarchy-Based Reports on Dashboard
Kylas recently introduced hierarchy-based reports so that you can track the performance of different teams according to their hierarchy. To make it easier for you to keep track of each of your teams, you can now add hierarchy-based reports to your dashboard.
With this feature, you can track the performance of each hierarchy level directly from the dashboard. As a result, you can stay on top of trends and make informed business decisions.
For instance, if you want a quick glance at how your marketing team is performing in June, you can simply add their hierarchy-based report to your dashboard and view it every time you visit your dashboard.
Additional Dimensions and Filters in Meeting Reports
Earlier, Kylas had some limitations in its reports. To improve your experience of creating reports and analyzing data, Kylas has now introduced new dimensions and filters in meeting reports that will help you gain in-depth insights into your business.
Now, you can find various meeting-related dimensions (grouped by field) and filters in your meeting reports. For example, you can now see dimensions such as invitees, associated leads, contacts, company, and deals while creating a meeting report. This will help you understand how many meetings your users have attended, how many meetings have been held with leads/companies and their connections, and much more.
You can also generate reports using data such as checked-in and checked-out in groups. This will give you an idea of the required user to check in and out of the meeting, how many meetings the user actually checked into, and much more.
User Shifts
When you are running a business that can have customers asking for help any time of the day, you have your team working in different shifts so that there is always someone available to take care of customer inquiries when they need help. This is why Kylas has now introduced user shifts to make the job easier for you.
With the Manage Shifts feature, you can add different shifts in your Kylas CRM and assign them according to the user’s availability in a given week. This feature will also ensure that records, calls, and messages are assigned to users based on their availability. Based on the user’s shift, you can also check the availability of the user on his/her details page.
For instance, if you get a call request from a prospect on a Saturday but the lead owner isn’t working on that Saturday, the sales rep won’t get the call request.
Meeting Management
Just because you are creating a meeting doesn’t guarantee that you will be able to attend it. Sometimes, you may have to prioritize another task. However, since the original meeting is also important, you cannot cancel it. To help you in such a scenario, Kylas has now introduced a new enhancement in meeting management.
With this feature, you can designate another meeting participant as the owner of the meeting, allowing them to take over the meeting responsibilities as the owner.
For example, a desk executive creating a meeting for a salesperson who is going to conduct the meeting can make the salesperson the owner of that meeting, enabling them to update the meeting information without any hassle.
Marketplace App Triggers
Kylas has now introduced App Triggers in the marketplace. This means that you can now define app triggers while creating a marketplace app and trigger a workflow based on that.
Developers can define the variables used in the marketplace app that will be sent to Kylas workflows to trigger actions. You can also set up these triggers while creating a workflow. These triggers will be events in the marketplace app based on which the automation will run, with Kylas at the center.
For example, if you want to set up triggers in your marketplace app for a lead, you will have to define the variables for this trigger according to your requirements, which include Display Name, Type, and Internal Name. Once you save the trigger, you will get the App Trigger URL and can send the information selected in the variables to this URL.
Email Management
With email tracking in Kylas, you were able to track if your email was delivered, read, clicked, etc. This was only available for Outlook and Gmail, which were directly connected to the authentication flow. However, it didn’t work for customers who use SMTP. Now, this support is available for customers who use SMTP too.
