1.1. Hierarchy-Based Reports
When you are running a business that has multiple teams, you need a detailed view of how every team and every team member is performing individually. It can be a hassle to open each team member’s report to review their performance. This is why Kylas has recently introduced hierarchy-based reports.
Earlier in Kylas, businesses could create and display their organization’s internal hierarchy using a diagram known as the organization tree.
Recently, Kylas introduced a new feature to provide organizations with a clearer overview of their team’s performance through hierarchy-based reports. This way businesses can now generate reports structured according to their hierarchy setup.
This means that the users can effortlessly track metrics such as the number of leads captured, deals closed, and revenue generated based on their roles and responsibilities within the organization.
This feature is particularly beneficial for large organizations with multiple teams operating across different regions. These reports provide a comprehensive overview of how users are performing both collectively as a team and individually, visualized in the form of an organization tree.
For example, you want to check how many leads were generated by your marketing team members in the last week. So, you can choose hierarchy as your report type and number of leads as the metric along with the date range to see how many leads were generated by the marketing team members in the last week.
1.2. Export Location History
Earlier Kylas introduced field sales management to help business owners and sales leaders track the performance of their field sales executives. You had to check each executive performance separately, which took some time to compile all data in one place. But with the new Kylas feature, we have sorted this with export location history.
With this new feature, you can export all the data such as distance traveled, travel duration, meeting conducted, meeting duration, and available duration of all your field sales executives in one Excel sheet.
For example, you have 15 field sales executives in your team and they all work in different locations. But you want to track how many hours they were working in the field and how much distance they traveled in the last week. You just have to choose a date range and export all this data from Kylas.
Earlier Kylas introduced an incoming call popup to inform its users about the incoming call where they could also take notes and create tasks. Now, Kylas lets you take notes, create tasks, or update the leads even after the call has ended.
For example, if you were taking notes about an important client discussion but the call ended before you could complete your notes, you can continue with your notes even after the call has ended.
1.4. Enhanced Quotations Data
When sending quotations is an important part of your business operations, you want to make sure that your quotations deliver every bit of information that your clients need. With the new Kylas feature, you can add up to 15 additional details about your product in the quotation and share them with your client.
For example, if you sell laptops, just the name and price of the laptop won’t be enough to share on a quotation. You want to share the RAM, SSD, screen size, and other details about the laptop as well. So, you can get your quotations customized and share them with your customers.
