Kylas has received exciting new feature updates, and you won’t want to overlook them. The December 2023 Edition of Kylas Sales CRM brings you the necessary features to simplify your business operations and enhance team collaboration. In this release, our features will help you:
- Stay up-to-date with data.
- Streamline business operations.
Features in this Release:
When calling is a major part of your selling process, you need to have all customer information at your fingertips. Imagine you receive a call from a customer, but because you didn’t save the phone number, you have to scroll through your leads and contacts to identify the caller.
This is why Kylas has come up with the incoming call popup in this feature release. This means whenever a Kylas user receives a call on his phone number, the incoming call popup displays which lead or contact is calling.
You can directly jump to the lead or contact and resume your conversation seamlessly. You can also take notes of the calls and create tasks to be performed.
For instance, if a lead that you contacted a few weeks ago tries to connect with you again over call, you can quickly identify who it is and tailor your conversation accordingly.
It happens when a single piece of information is not enough to gather all the data you need about a contact. This requires you to multiple values to make informed decisions. This is what the latest multi-value picklist on contact helps you with.
Now you can add more information to your contacts with a multi-value picklist type of field on your contacts. You can also use the same field at different places to perform various operations such as bulk contact updates, email templates, contact imports, and exports.
For example, you want to add multiple location preferences for a particular contact. So, you can add a multi-value picklist for the same.
3. Team Filter on Email, Call Log, Call Logs Reports, and Goal
The team filter on the leads, deals, and contacts didn’t seem enough and so, Kylas has launched the team filter on emails, call logs, call log reports, and goals now. This means you can determine the collective data of a team.
You no longer have to manually check each member’s data and then compile it to get the combined numbers. The new feature lets you filter out data on the listing page using the team filter.
For instance, if you want to check how many calls the customer support team is getting on a daily basis, you can simply apply the team filter and choose the support team to get the required information.
4. Headway for Announcement
It’s okay if you don’t open your emails that frequently but want to stay updated with the new Kylas announcements. Now, you can stay up-to-date with all the Kylas updates with the Headway announcement.
For instance, if we release a new feature or fix a bug, we will send it through the Headway announcement and you will know about it.
5. Quick User Search
When you are in the middle of something and need information related to a certain Kylas user, you can’t afford to waste time. You need something that can get you the user details as soon as you ask for them. The new user search feature does exactly that.
Now, you can search for your users quickly by just searching for their name, email, address, or phone number in the search box available on the user listing page.
For instance, when you have a number of users and can’t locate the one you need details about, you can simply search for the user.
6. Deal Import
You will agree with us that not all your contacts have all the required details such as some may have phone numbers but not emails while some may have emails but not phone numbers. This makes deal import a little troublesome. But now Kylas has solved this problem.
The new feature lets you map your contact details with different combinations while importing deals into the system.
For instance, you have an important deal that contacts you only through email. You can import such a deal without any hassle in Kylas.
7. HTML Support in Emails
The shortcoming with the email templates is that they may seem a little boring at times. You may not be able to add hyperlinks and images the way you want while sending emails to your users. To help you with this, Kylas has now released the HTML support in emails.
This means that you can now customize your emails the way you want. You can use HTML codes to send emails to your customers.
For instance, if you want to send an email to your user that has a design in its background, you can write an HTML code for the same and paste it in the insert HTML section and use it.
8. Additional Filters in Emails
When you send an email to your customers, you want the maximum of them to engage with it. To help you determine how well your customers are engaging with your emails, Kylas has introduced new filters in the email listing.
For instance, if you send a registration link to your customers for an upcoming event, you can track if the link was opened by your customers or not.
When you have different users who live in different countries, you want to make sure that there is no confusion because of the differences in the money and date format. This is why Kylas has introduced money and date formats that you can pick as per your requirements.
For money format, you can choose either the Indian Number System (ones, thousands, lakhs, and crores) or the International Number System (ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, millions, and billions).
For date format, you can choose either DD/MM/YYYY (for example 05/01/2024) or MMM D, YYYY [at]h:mm:a (Jan 5, 2024).
For instance, if you have a user working from the US who understands the International Number System, he can choose it as his money format.
10. Bulk Job Action
While performing a bulk action, you may realize that you need to make a minor adjustment to get accurate data. For this, you can now abort, pause, resume, or delete the job as per your requirement.
For instance, while updating 1000 leads, you realize that some of them are already lost and that you didn’t segment them, you can abort your bulk action.
