Features in this Release:
1. Lead and Contact Scoring
Kylas now allows you to automatically rank/score your leads and contacts. You need to set up a formula for lead or contact scoring in the Kylas Field Calculator or workflows, and the entities will receive their score accordingly.
Simply configure a workflow with your desired conditions for scoring. Whenever the workflow triggers, the score will be assigned.
This feature is designed to help you strategically prioritize your records and quickly assess the likelihood of winning these records on both the web and mobile app’s details and listing pages.
For example, you can set up a workflow to add 10 points to the lead score every time a lead is updated.
2. Add Historical or Future Exchange Rate | Forex
With Kylas’s new feature, you can now add exchange rates for both past and future records. No manual conversions are required. You can easily upload exchange rates to access more intelligent information in the user interface (UI) and reports.
You have the flexibility to add various exchange rates for different currencies, depending on your specific needs.
For example, exchange rates for the United States dollar change every other month. To ensure clarity in your deals, you can simply choose to import exchange rates with their effective dates.
3. Lead Patch API Support
You no longer need to pass all the lead details along with the value you want to change. With Kylas’s Patch support, you can now simply pass the single value.
For example, if you want to change the lead’s owner, you can just pass the new owner’s ID instead of providing all the details again.
4. Goal VS Achievement Report on Dashboard
Creating reports every time you need to check your team’s goal progress can be a hassle. However, Kylas now allows you to easily add goal vs achievement reports to your dashboard on both the web and mobile app.
You can choose to add a single widget or the entire goal, depending on your requirements. Please note that this feature is currently available for deals only.
For example, if you want a quick overview of your team’s performance during their appraisals, you can add their reports to your dashboard.
5. Smart-List on Email
With Kylas, you can now view your emails in a smart list and create custom lists based on your preferences.
For example, you can create a smart list for today’s emails, showing only the emails you received today.
6. Abort Import Operation
Kylas enables you to abort your import operation at any point during its progress. You can also track the operation’s status, including when and who aborted it.
For example, if you realize that the data being imported is not what you need, you can simply abort the operation.
7. Message Enhancement
The new feature allows you to track your messages and distinguish the mode of communication.
For example, you can easily differentiate between a text message and a WhatsApp message.
