August was a big month for Kylas! We added some new features to your favorite Kylas CRM. The August 2023 Edition of Kylas Sales CRM brings you features that are not just for you but also for your customers. In this release, our features will help you:

Features in this Release:
1. Multi-currency Management- Forex
You can now manage multiple currencies you deal in with Kylas! With this new feature, you can handle your business transactions in the global marketplace.
Let’s understand how it resolves cross-border payment challenges.
You can now set foreign exchange (forex) rates manually and easily deal with international clients. The new feature lets you determine the estimated value of an opportunity using both your native currency and the customer’s local currency.
You can add a static exchange rate against the currencies you deal with. Also, you can filter out data to obtain more precise details.
You can also use the currency converter on deals and quotations to view and send quotations in the selected currency as per the pre-set exchange rate.
The new feature lets you generate and view reports in a currency you prefer.
2. PayU Integration
You can now integrate your PayU with Kylas! With this new integration, you can integrate PayU with Kylas for a seamless payment experience while closing a deal.
You can now generate and send payment links to your leads and contacts via SMS and email directly from your Kylas account.
When the customer clicks on the link, he/she will get redirected to the PayU page which contains the order details, amount to be paid, and payment methods.

3. Kanban View
Kylas now offers a Kanban view for your deals! You can display your deals in an organized manner, providing a comprehensive view and enabling you to monitor their progress graphically, keeping them moving forward.
With the Kanban view, you can see your deals categorized according to the pipeline stage they are in, offering a better overview. This automatic segregation of deals by pipeline stage allows you to gain valuable insights into potential bottlenecks and address them in a timely and efficient manner.
Changing the stage of a deal is as simple as dragging it from one stage and dropping it into another. It’s that easy!
For instance, if you want to move a deal from the ‘Open’ stage to the ‘Negotiation’ stage, you just need to drag the lead and drop it into the desired stage.
4. Delete Multiple Emails
Kylas allows you to delete multiple emails from your email listing page, ensuring that you can keep all your important emails safe and easily accessible.
For instance, if some spam emails are filling up your inbox, making it difficult to find the one you’re looking for, you can delete all those emails that are merely taking up space in your inbox.
5. Relative Date Filter
You can now filter data using the relative date filters on Kylas for date fields. This allows you to glimpse past data with reference to the current date. If desired, you can also save this filter to your Smart List. The filters are available on the lead, deal, contact, company, and report.
For instance, suppose you want to determine the number of leads your team has created in the last 7 days. You can easily apply the filter and select the ‘Last 7 Days’ option to obtain the necessary information.
6. Resize Column Width
Kylas now allows you to expand or resize the desired columns as needed for the Lead, Deal, Contact, and Company listing pages. You can customize the column size for specific fields and they will retain the same size when you revisit those pages.
For example, you can resize your columns to accommodate lengthy product or service information that may be hidden.
7. Deal Goal with Product
With Kylas, you can now create goals for your team members regarding the products you want to sell. This new feature provides insight into how each of your products is performing in the market and helps you determine if any changes to your sales strategies are necessary for improved results.
For example, if you want to assess the performance of each product in your inventory, you can create revenue goals for those products and assign users accordingly.
8. Relative User Fields in Workflow
You no longer need to manually share and reassign leads to Kylas users. The new workflow automation feature allows you to automatically share and reassign leads using relative user fields.
For example, let’s consider a scenario where a CRM user creates a lead in the system and assigns it to another user of the same or another department. Now if the same user wants to know if the lead was converted by the sales rep or not, you can set up a workflow where the lead will get reassigned to the user who created it after it gets converted.
9. Product Custom Fields on Deal
Now you can select the product fields to be displayed on the Deal, providing you with additional details about the product on both the web and mobile app.
For example, if you wish to display additional information like the design type or the model number of the product you are offering, you can choose a custom field to show that detail on the deal.
