Features in this Release:
1. Shopify Integration
You can now integrate your Shopify store with Kylas. With this new integration, you can seamlessly connect your Shopify store with Kylas to streamline your business processes and customer management.
Let’s understand how integration helps.
Whenever a new customer Sign-up or registers on your Shopify store to make a purchase, Kylas will automatically create a lead entry. This entry will include your customer’s contact details and other relevant information so that you can follow up with targeted marketing efforts and personalized messages.
Suppose a customer makes a purchase from your Shopify store, for a product say, X, Kylas will automatically create a contact for this customer and a deal for the product X.
This deal entry will contain information about the product- its specifications, price, and the deal’s status (e.g., pending, in progress, or completed). With these deals readily available to you against each contact you will be able to better understand your customers’ purchase behavior and tailor your sales strategies accordingly.
It hurts when a customer adds products to their cart, fills in the details but changes their mind at the last minute! If only there was a way to re-engage them with offer ads and emails to be on the top of their heads. Well, there is! With Kylas you can keep track of your abandoned carts, identify products in which they showed interest, and target customers again with personalized communication across media!
Not only this but you can set up workflows to automate after process with workflow automation.
2. Zoho Books Integration
As your business grows, it becomes difficult to manage your funds effectively using Excel or spreadsheets. You need accounting software that can create, send and track invoices as per your needs.
This is why Kylas came up with its Zoho Books integration that will help you create invoices for your end customers and view and manage your financial transactions in one place.
Our new marketplace app helps you improve collaboration between finance and sales teams by synchronizing customer and financial data and reducing manual errors. That means, you won’t have to switch between apps and can easily view customer invoices and financial details while interacting with customer records in Kylas.
You just have to download the Zoho Books app from Kylas Marketplace and connect your Kylas account with it and you are good to go.
3. Currency Management
When your business is not limited by borders, you need to deal with customers from different parts of the world who use different currencies for making their transactions. To help you make your transactions easily across borders, Kylas has recently introduced currency management.
This means that you can add multiple currencies to your account in which you deal and view only those currencies while creating a deal and reports.
For instance, you have your business set up in India but deal with customers from the US, UAE, China, Bangladesh, Netherlands, etc. So, you can keep your base currency as the Indian Rupee and add several other currencies that you deal in. This way you can view only those currencies while creating a new record or updating an existing record.
4. Email Listing Page
Sometimes, it can become a big hassle when you can’t find your emails on time just because they are scattered all over your system. But with Kylas’s email listing page, you can find all your emails in one single place. We have introduced a separate menu accessible at the left-hand side menu bar to help you find all your emails easily.
You can also apply filters in accordance with what you are looking for. You can use all your email features in the same place without having to switch back and forth.
While sending an email, you can decide if you want to send the email to a lead, deal, or contact. You can also choose to which entity you want to send your email. You can also choose a template in accordance with the entity that you have chosen.
You won’t have to go to your leads or contacts to search for specific emails.
5. Custom Fields on Quotation
Sometimes the available quotation fields are not sufficient to deliver every piece of information you want to share with your customers. This is why Kylas has recently introduced custom fields on quotations that will help you create more meaningful quotation forms that you can share with your customers as per the requirements.
Move over from renaming existing fields and send as much information about your products and services as you want. You can create custom fields on both the web and mobile apps and they can be utilized on your quotation templates as well.
For example, you want to add your GST number to your quotations. So, you can simply choose a text field, name it and it will get added to your quotation templates.
6. Trigger a Workflow Through Another Workflow
Kylas workflows just got better! Now a workflow trigger can activate another flow and prevent you from creating recursive workflow runs. What does this mean?
If one of your workflows triggers, it can activate another workflow. This means that if you create a workflow on tasks, meetings, or call logs, you can trigger another workflow on the associated lead, deal, and contact also.
Call Log Workflow
You can set up a Call log workflow to trigger another Lead, Deal, and Contact workflow to perform certain actions.
For instance, if you miss a call, you can send an email to the associated lead or reassign the lead to another rep for follow-up.
You can set up a Task workflow to perform a certain action such as editing a field, webhook, sending an email, reassigning a Task, and executing another Lead, Deal, and Contact type workflow to perform certain actions.
For instance, if a member of your team misses sending a follow-up email to your new lead, you can reassign the lead to another team member.
You can set up a Meeting workflow to trigger another Lead, Deal, and Contact type workflow to perform certain actions.
For example, if your lead doesn’t show up in a planned meeting, you can send them an email to ask the reason and if they want to reschedule the meeting.
7. Goal Dashlet on the Dashboard
Now you can get a quick glimpse of your Goal by bringing a Goal dashlet on the Web and the mobile app dashboards.
For instance, if you want to track the progress of your target but don’t want to waste time switching between pages, you just add the goal dashlet on your dashboard.
8. Associated Entities on Task and Meeting Workflow
Now you can send the associated entity details to a target destination with the webhook on your task and meeting workflows. You just have to choose the associated lead, deal, or contact in the parameter type and choose the parameter value as per your requirements. You can add as many parameters as you want as per your requirements.
For instance, if you want to obtain all the information for a task or meeting related to the entities associated, you can get that using webhook.
9. Default Dial Code
With Kylas, you can get a default country code for the phone number based on the users dealing/working in/for a different country and improve your user experience.
For instance, if your user works from Canada, the default dial code will be +1 and for a user in India, the default dial code will be +91.
10. Multi-Value Picklist on Deal
Now you can add more information to the deal records with a multi-value picklist type of field on your deals as well. You can also use the same field at different places to perform various operations such as Email templates, Automation, and Reports. The feature is available on both the web and mobile apps.
For example, you want to add multiple location preferences for a particular deal. So, you can add a multi-value picklist for the same.
11. User Signature
You can now brand and market yourself with a rich text signature available on the Web and mobile app. Kylas’s new feature lets you customize user signatures in accordance with their requirements.
For example, you can now add your company’s logo and website URL to your signature with Kylas.
12. Clone a Workflow
With Kylas’s new cloning option, you don’t have to create similar workflows over and over again. You can simply clone a workflow and copy an existing workflow from your system. You can make changes to the workflow as per your needs.
For instance, you have created a workflow for reassigning tasks to your teams when a customer doesn’t answer your call. If you want a similar workflow for the users who don’t respond to the call received, you can just clone your existing workflow and make the necessary changes.
13. Reshare a Record
When working in a team, effective collaboration with your team members is crucial. From discussing your tasks to helping each other out to sharing records with one another is quite normal. It’s common that different team members to work on different records. But it happens that they need to share their records with one another to complete their tasks.
With this feature, record owners can grant reshare permission to specific users on their profiles. This allows the user receiving the shared record to further share it with a third person if needed.
Users can easily reshare a record by obtaining reshare permission from the owner during the initial sharing process.
For instance, a user wants another team member to take care of his leads in his absence, So, he will simply give the reshare permission to the user’s profile and the user will now be able to reshare the record with a third user.
14. Associated Contact in Deal Report
Kylas has recently introduced contact as a report dimension in the deal report. This will help you understand with which contact you have the maximum number of deals.
For instance, you can now determine with which contact you have the maximum number of business deals and with whom you have the least to make future business decisions.
15. Time Range in Reports
It should not be a hassle for you even if your users are from different time zones. With Kylas’s new feature, you can easily generate a more accurate report and select the time range as per your user. The feature is available both on web and mobile apps.

1. Auto Trigger Confetti Effect when a Lead/Deal is Won
Now you can appreciate and encourage your employees for every lead or deal that converts. Whenever your employees close a lead or deal, a confetti effect will be triggered on the mobile app.
For instance, when an employee closes an important lead that has been stuck in the pipeline for a long time, the confetti effect will fill them with enthusiasm and motivation, knowing they have done something important for their company’s business.
2. View associated Contact and Company
You won’t have to scroll through your contacts to find the associated contacts for a specific company. Kylas’s new feature allows for the bifurcation of contacts and companies. When you select a company or a contact, the associated contacts or company respectively will be displayed at the top, making it easy to add them to the deal.
