Features in this Release:
Web:
1. Shopify Integration
You can now integrate your Shopify store with Kylas. With this new integration, you can seamlessly connect your Shopify store with Kylas to streamline your business processes and customer management.
Let’s understand how integration helps.
Whenever a new customer Sign-up or registers on your Shopify store to make a purchase, Kylas will automatically create a lead entry. This entry will include your customer’s contact details and other relevant information so that you can follow up with targeted marketing efforts and personalized messages.
Suppose a customer makes a purchase from your Shopify store, for a product say, X, Kylas will automatically create a contact for this customer and a deal for the product X.
This deal entry will contain information about the product- its specifications, price, and the deal’s status (e.g., pending, in progress, or completed). With these deals readily available to you against each contact you will be able to better understand your customers’ purchase behavior and tailor your sales strategies accordingly.
It hurts when a customer adds products to their cart, fills in the details but changes their mind at the last minute! If only there was a way to re-engage them with offer ads and emails to be on the top of their heads. Well, there is! With Kylas you can keep track of your abandoned carts, identify products in which they showed interest, and target customers again with personalized communication across media!
Not only this but you can set up workflows to automate after process with workflow automation.
2. Zoho Books Integration
As your business grows, it becomes difficult to manage your funds effectively using Excel or spreadsheets. You need accounting software that can create, send and track invoices as per your needs.
This is why Kylas came up with its Zoho Books integration that will help you create invoices for your end customers and view and manage your financial transactions in one place.
Our new marketplace app helps you improve collaboration between finance and sales teams by synchronizing customer and financial data and reducing manual errors. That means, you won’t have to switch between apps and can easily view customer invoices and financial details while interacting with customer records in Kylas.
You just have to download the Zoho Books app from Kylas Marketplace and connect your Kylas account with it and you are good to go.
3. Currency Management
When your business is not limited by borders, you need to deal with customers from different parts of the world who use different currencies for making their transactions. To help you make your transactions easily across borders, Kylas has recently introduced currency management.
This means that you can add multiple currencies to your account in which you deal and view only those currencies while creating a deal and reports.
For instance, you have your business set up in India but deal with customers from the US, UAE, China, Bangladesh, Netherlands, etc. So, you can keep your base currency as the Indian Rupee and add several other currencies that you deal in. This way you can view only those currencies while creating a new record or updating an existing record.
4. Email Listing Page
Sometimes, it can become a big hassle when you can’t find your emails on time just because they are scattered all over your system. But with Kylas’s email listing page, you can find all your emails in one single place. We have introduced a separate menu accessible at the left-hand side menu bar to help you find all your emails easily.
You can also apply filters in accordance with what you are looking for. You can use all your email features in the same place without having to switch back and forth.
While sending an email, you can decide if you want to send the email to a lead, deal, or contact. You can also choose to which entity you want to send your email. You can also choose a template in accordance with the entity that you have chosen.
You won’t have to go to your leads or contacts to search for specific emails.
5. Custom Fields on Quotation
Sometimes the available quotation fields are not sufficient to deliver every piece of information you want to share with your customers. This is why Kylas has recently introduced custom fields on quotations that will help you create more meaningful quotation forms that you can share with your customers as per the requirements.
Move over from renaming existing fields and send as much information about your products and services as you want. You can create custom fields on both the web and mobile apps and they can be utilized on your quotation templates as well.
For example, you want to add your GST number to your quotations. So, you can simply choose a text field, name it and it will get added to your quotation templates.
