Features in this Release:
1. Sequence Number on Quotations
Sometimes it becomes difficult to locate and identify important quotations simply because they have not been numbered properly. This is why Kylas has recently introduced a new feature for quotations that allows you to set your own sequence.
With the unique quotation number, you and your clients can easily identify the quotation under discussion, helping you revise quotes or issue new ones. The new feature lets you assign a unique number to each quotation template, allowing you to set a sequence by adding a prefix, suffix, and a unique number.
For example, if you add “ABC” as the prefix, “BCD” as the suffix, and “001” as the initial number, the quotation number sequence will start from “ABC-001-BCD”.
2. Add Campaign Information Fields on Interakt
To help users identify the source of their leads and contacts, Kylas has introduced a new feature that allows you to add campaign information fields on Interakt.
If a lead or contact gets added to your system via Interakt, you can determine whether the lead source was organic or non-organic. Additionally, you can define the owner to whom you want to assign the lead coming from a particular source.
For instance, when you create a lead via Interakt, you can specify whether the lead source was from Facebook or Google. By selecting the campaign, source, product, and owner while adding the lead, all the information will automatically save with the lead.
3. Auto Trigger Confetti Effect when a Lead/Deal is Won
Now you can appreciate and encourage your employees for every lead or deal that converts. Whenever your employees close a lead or deal, a confetti effect will be triggered.
This feature is meant to motivate your employees and show them that their work is being appreciated in the workplace. The effect will trigger every time a lead or deal is closed.
For instance, when an employee closes an important lead that has been stuck in the pipeline for a long time, the confetti effect will fill them with enthusiasm and motivation, knowing they have done something important for their company’s business.
4. Add the Same Products to the Deal
With its latest feature, Kylas gives you the option to sell more by providing multiple options to customers for the same product. You can now add the same product multiple times in a deal on both the web and mobile app.
For instance, if you want to offer no discount when a customer buys a single bat from you, but offer a 5% discount when they buy 10 bats, you can customize your deal accordingly.
5. Goal Vs Achievement New Updates
Last month, Kylas introduced “Goal VS Achievement” to help you track your team’s activity progress. And now, it has gotten even better with some new updates:
You can now let your team members know about their goal updates with automated notifications whenever you add/remove a user or update their goal.
For instance, when you want your team to generate a revenue of Rs.1,00,000 in a month, you will create a goal for that. At the same time, your team will be notified that a new goal has been created for them and what it is. Your team will also receive a notification when you update their team and individual goals.
Add/Edit a Goal on Reports
The new feature allows you to create a new goal directly from the report itself if you cannot find a corresponding goal. You can also edit a goal from the report page, eliminating the need to navigate to multiple screens.
For instance, while checking the Goal Vs Achievement reports, if you realize that you need to create a new goal for a specific team member, you can simply create it from the option given in the Goal Name field, without going back to the goals section. Similarly, if you notice an error or discrepancy in an existing goal, you can immediately edit it within the reports.
6. Show Associated Contacts for a Company
Now, you won’t have to scroll through your contacts to find the associated contacts for a specific company. Kylas’s new feature allows for the bifurcation of contacts. When you select a company, the associated contacts will be displayed at the top, making it easy to add them to the deal.
For instance, when adding a new deal and selecting an ABC company, all the company’s associated contacts will be listed at the top, simplifying the process of adding them to the deal.
7. Contact Campaign Fields in Reports
When adding a contact, you capture all the campaign information such as campaign, source, UTM source, UTM campaign, UTM medium, etc. Now, you can choose these campaign fields and generate customized reports.
For instance, if you want to determine which source generates the maximum contacts, you can select “Source” as a dimension, and the report will be generated accordingly.
8. Consolidate all the Form Fields in Form Fields Module
Finding form fields for different entities no longer requires scrolling through menus. With the latest update, you can access all the form fields specific to entities in different tabs within the Form Fields module.
For example, if you want to change the “Last Name” field to “Surname” for leads, you can easily go to the lead tab and make the necessary changes.
9. Support Organizer Lookup in Meeting Import
When importing your meetings to Kylas CRM, you can now map the organizer field as well, providing better organization and management of your meeting data.
10. Facebook Remarketing
Kylas’s new feature allows you to target specific segments of prospects based on their past interactions with your brand. It not only helps you target prospects coming from Facebook but also from other sources where your target audience has used their phone number, email, or other contact details.
For instance, if you have a large number of leads coming from Google ads who have shown some interest but haven’t converted, you can run ads targeting them and remind them of your brand using Facebook Remarketing.
