SETU KYC Integration with Kylas CRM

Overview

Setu Marketplace app offers a reliable solution for businesses to streamline their KYC processes. Say goodbye to manual verifications and embrace a smoother, more efficient with our integrated application. This app enables Kylas users to complete e-KYC of Leads, Contacts and Companies via PAN.

How will it work?

Generate KYC Request

Go to Kylas Marketplace and select Kylas Setu Marketplace application.

Install the app, Click on allow and install.

Once the application is installed. If you are first time user, then please sign up for the application and get your email verified.

Once your email is verified, You can login to this application.
After login, Please copy your Kylas API key and paste in into API key placeholder available on API tab and click on save button.

To connect your SETU account with Kylas, Please go to connected account tab and click on connect account button.

Fill all the required information, and to enable the PAN product click on PAN verification checkbox and enter your PAN verification product instance id you got from SETU and click on save.

To autopopulate and auto update the correct information while generating PAN based verification request you will need to map the PAN and Kylas fields. To map the fields click on map fields option and select PAN verification as product.

Map all Lead, Contact, Company’s fields with PAN fields. When PAN verification will be successfully completed, This mapping will update the correct information on mapped field associated with PAN card.

To allow your Kylas user’s to use SETU app, Please go to Manage users tab and click on click on fetch users button to fetch all your Kylas users into SETU app.

To Generate PAN verification request, Go to lead/contact/deal/company details page, and click on More action icon.
Click on “Generate KYC Request” option.

Select PAN verification as a verification process, and select either associated lead/contact or company for which you want to generate PAN verification request.

Check the Details and click on Verify.

To check the Verification status, click on the SETU app to right hand side productivity section or same can be seen in SETU app → Logs.

Enable automated actions via Kylas Workflows:

SETU application can trigger Kylas workflows to automate the ‘after-KYC actions’. With these triggers, you can select which event you want to enable in the SETU application, which will trigger a Kylas workflow to execute an automated action such as,

Sending an automated message such as “Your KYC is completed, Thank you for reaching out to us” when KYC is completed successfully.

To enable the Triggers, please follow the steps given below :

To enable the triggers, login to SETU Marketplace app and go to the connected accounts tab.

Click on the Events button, On the next page you will see the different trigger events listed, which you can enable to trigger a Kylas workflow automation.

Go to Kylas workflows and select the same entity for which you enabled the trigger event in the SETU application.
Click on the trigger event dropdown and select marketplace triggers.

In the next dropdown, you will see all those trigger events, you had enabled in SETU app. select any of the events for which you want workflow to execute some action.

Set your conditions and select the required action in the workflow.

When SETU application has any of the events such as PAN verification is completed or failed, This event will trigger a workflow automation in Kylas to execute your selected action.

Note:

Now you can send the KYC-related variables in the Whatsapp template through the ‘Kylas Whatsapp Business’ application. To map your SETU variables in Kylas WhatsApp business application, follow the steps given below:

Install both SETU and Kylas WhatsApp Business Application app.
Go to the Whatsapp Template tab after logging in to Kylas WhatsApp business app.
Add your approved WhatsApp template available on your vendor account and save it.
Click on the fields option on the added WhatsApp template on the WhatsApp template listing page.

Click on the Kylas fields and scroll down to “Installed Marketplace App Fields.”. Here you will see all the SETU-related variables that you can map with the variables available in your WhatsApp app.

Now, whenever WhatsApp template message is sent via automation or manually, the Actual value associated with the respective record in the SETU app will be sent in the template message.
