Mailchimp

• Click ‘Install’ button on the application details page and grant the required permissions

• After successful installation, create an account on the bulk email marketing app with your email id
• verify the email by clicking on the verification link sent in your email and create password for your account
• Navigate to Kylas Marketplace – Installed apps – View details button of Bulk Email marketing app
• Enter your email id and password to log in

• After log-in to the application ,navigate to the ‘API keys’ section
• Enter your Kylas account API key

• Navigate to ‘Connected Accounts’
• Click on ‘Add Connected Accounts’
• Enter the account name and Choose Vendor from ‘Mailchimp’ and ‘Mailjet’
• Enter the API key and Secret for your mailing accounts
• Click ‘Save’

Setup your sync settings to let the app sync your Kylas Leads to the Connected Account

• Navigate to Sync settings
• Enter the sync settings name
• Choose the vendor account
• Choose a Mailing list/Audience in which you would like to sync all Kylas Leads into
• Map the Kylas Lead field with the connected account’s mailing list fields to create entries in the mailing list

• Click ‘Save’ to save the sync setting
• After you save the sync settings, the ‘Bulk Email Marketing’ app will listen to the Lead create and update event from Kylas and create and update the entries in your connected account list.
•  You can view the logs of synced entities by navigating to ‘Sync logs’

You can send bulk emails from your connected accounts via Kylas

• Navigate to Lead listing page and select the Leads that you would like to send bulk email upon
• Click ‘Send Email’ button that’s displayed on the top right hand side section

• Select your mailing account from Mailchimp and Mailjet
• Enter a campaign name, From Name, From Email
• Enter the subject of the campaign email that you want to send
• Enter the mailing list name (‘Bulk Email Marketing’ app will create a mailing list in your connected account to create a campaign)
• Choose Email template (These email templates are coming from your connected mailing account)
• Click ‘Or Create’ button to Create a new template

• Click ‘Save’
• This will create a mailing list in your connected account and campaign your connected account, and it will also send the selected templatized email to the list.

You can invite your Kylas users to this application to send bulk emails

1. Navigate to the ‘Manage users’ section in the Bulk Email Marketing app
2. Click ‘Add User’
3. Enter the Name, and Email
4. Choose the role from Member and Admin
5. Choose a Kylas user to map this user with one of the Kylas User
6. Click ‘Save’
7. This will create a user in the Bulk Email Marketing application, and it will send an invite to the user on their email id which they can verify and login after installing the application on their Kylas account
