Calling

Overview

You can integrate Kylas with your cloud telephony provider using this app. Using the Click to Call feature of the app, Business communications are automated using the Click to Call feature of Bonvoice. A single click from the user can start a call, which will then be connected to the customer using their designated numbers. Once the customer is called by the user or gets a callback on his number, the lead will likewise be generated.

How will It work?

Installing the application:

  1. Select the Install button. 
  2. Select “Allow and Install.” 
  3. Install the programme and then log in to the app. 
  4. Log in and check your email. 
  5. Find “Installed apps” in the Marketplace. 
  6. Select “View Details” in the Bonvoice app 

How to call using Kylas Sales' click-to-call application:

  1. After setting up your account and installing the Bonvoice App 
  2. Log in to the Kylas. 
  3. Visit the Kylas Sales CRM page.
  4. Go to any of the Lead, Contact, or Details pages.
  5. To contact a Lead or Contact, click the call icon next to their phone number.
  6. The phone call will be made. 
  7. The lead or contact owner will receive the first call, and the lead’s phone will receive the second call. 
  8. View the call log by going to the call log section of the lead or contact’s information page after the call has been terminated.
