Aircall app helps Kylas users to connect their Aircall account and make and receive calls directly from the CRM Aircall is a very popular IVR solution in the US market. With this integration Kylas users can make and receive calls from their Leads and Contacts via their Aircall account from the CRM itself along with Call logs and recordings.

How will It work?

Steps to install the application

  1. Locate the Aircall application in the Kylas Marketplace

  1. Click on the Install App button
  2. Click on the ‘Allow and Install’
  3. After installation, sign up on the app
  4. Verify your email to login the app
  5. Navigate to ‘Installed Apps’ and click on ‘View Details’ for Aircall app

How to connect Aircall Account:

  1. Login to the Aircall application
  2. Navigate to the ‘Connected Accounts’ section
  3. Click on ‘Add Connected Accounts’

Enter the Account name, API Id and API Key

  1. Check the Active/Enable checkbox and click on ‘Connect Account’
  2. Once connected a certain webhook events will be subscribed to receive the call logs automatically.

How to add Users in the App:

  1. Navigate to ‘Manage Users’ tab
  2. Click on ‘Add User’ button

Select the Kylas user from the drop-down

  1. The Name and Email of the user will be auto populated.
  2. Choose the Role from Member or Admin and click on Save
  3. The users who have been added as an ‘Admin’ on the app, will be able to view all menu items in the application such as Call logs, Connected Accounts, Manage Users, API Keys
  4. However, the users who have been added as ‘Member’, will be able to view only the ‘Call logs’ and they will be able to view logs of the calls made or received by them only.

How to map agents on the Aircall app

  1. On the connected accounts listing page of Aircall app, Click on view agents
  2. Click on the ‘Add Agent’ button
  3. Map the Kylas caller user with the Agent of Aircall
  4. These users will be stored as owners of the calls that they receive through the Aircall

How to Call using Aircall application from Kylas screen

  1. After installing the Aircall app and configuring your account
  2. Login to Aircall application
  3. Navigate to Kylas Sales CRM
  4. Navigate to any Lead or Contact listing page or Details page

  1. Click on the ‘Aircall’ call icon shown with the Lead or Contact’s phone number
  2. The call will be placed
  3. After the call is disconnected, navigate to the Lead or Contact’s details page call log section to view the call log details
  4. The call recordings are also attached with every call log after a few minutes provided that the Aircall has the ability to send recordings.
