1. Hierarchy Management
As your team grows, it becomes increasingly important for managers to have access to the data they need to make informed decisions. But sharing data between different roles and teams can be a challenge. That’s where Kylas comes in!
Our new Hierarchy Management with the ‘Reporting To’ feature allows leaders and managers in higher hierarchy roles to view the data of their direct and indirect reports within the organizations. That means, with this feature, sales managers can easily access the data of their sales executives without requiring the executives to manually share their data.
Assigning a reporting manager to a user is simple – just use the “Reporting To” feature in the user’s profile field and add their reporting manager. This gives managers the access they need to make informed decisions while ensuring that data remains secure.
For instance, consider a sales executive, sales manager, and vice president of an ABC Company. Here, the sales executive is required to share his records with the sales manager and the sales manager is required to share his records with the vice president. So, on the sales executive’s account, you have to choose the sales manager’s name in the Reporting To field, and on the sales manager’s account, you have to choose the vice president’s name. This will automatically share the data with the user at a higher hierarchy without the subordinate having to share the data over and over again.

2. Branding via Kylas
Now you can easily personalize your account by adding your business logo and name to the Kylas home screen. This feature is available on both the Kylas web and mobile app and helps you create a more professional and cohesive branding experience.
Plus, it only takes a few minutes to replace the Kylas logo and name with your own. With this feature, you can give your business a more polished and branded look on Kylas.
For instance, you run a manufacturing industry and want to use your brand name and logo on the kylas home screen to improve cohesiveness among your sales team.
3. One-Way and Two-Way Calendar Sync
Your team will never miss a meeting again. This feature lets you sync your Kylas calendar with Google or Microsoft Outlook Calendar so that any changes made to one calendar are automatically reflected in the other.
Before this feature, only meetings created through Kylas were added to your connected calendars. But now, you can add or update meetings from any source and they’ll appear in all your calendars. So, whether your team is creating a new meeting in Kylas, Google Calendar, or Outlook Calendar, it will all be synced seamlessly.
For instance, if you schedule a meeting on your Google account, it will automatically reflect on your Kylas account. You will also get reminders for the same on both of your accounts.

4. Edit/Rename Existing Fields and Add Custom Fields on Tasks
The new feature lets you edit or rename an existing task field and also add new custom fields on tasks to store maximum information about a task. You can find these renamed and custom fields in the reports and email template as well. For instance, custom follow-up records.
The feature is available for both web and mobile apps.
5. Add a Hidden Field on Lead Capture Form
Now you can add a hidden field on the lead capture form and mark it as hidden with a static value to collect more information when a lead is created. Whenever you get a lead from that form, the static value will also get stored along with other lead details.
The hidden field doesn’t show up on the lead capture form and you can use it to record additional information like lead source.
6. Enter Custom Timing Interval on Meetings and Tasks
Now Kylas allows you to enter custom timing intervals on meetings and tasks as per your need. For example, you can now schedule meetings or tasks for 01:05 pm.
7. Account Renewal Pop-up
Now you won’t miss your account renewals as you will see a pop-up to remind you that your renewal is due. You will see the pop-up 7 days prior to the due date so that you don’t lose track of your account. The pop-up on the admin’s account will show up with a Renew Now button to help make payment directly from there.
8. Interakt Integration on Deal Workflow
Now you can seamlessly streamline your business operations, share products and send automated WhatsApp messages with this integration via Deal workflow and stay engaged with your customers.
9. Apollo Integration
Kylas lets you enrich your data with the help of Apollo marketplace app integration. Now users can use the Apollo app on Kylas and use its database to engage better with your qualified leads.
1. Basic Collaboration with @mention
With Kylas mobile app, you can enable your team to collaborate seamlessly with @mentions. Users can get help from other team members by @mentioning them in a note on a lead/deal or contact. You can easily search, pick, and tag anyone from your team by typing their name.
2. Smartlist Search
Now you can easily search your web-saved filters in the form of Smartlists on the mobile application.
3. Marketplace Action on Quotation
Now you get to download your custom-created quotation template from the mobile application as well. On the quotation details page, you will find the option for downloading templatized quotations and choosing the quotation template you want.
4. Select Deal Properties
Now you can choose what information you want to see on the deal listing page on the mobile application. Two fields- name and pipeline stage would be default selected and you can select up to 7 properties to show up on the deal listing page.
