JustDial Lead Integration with Kylas CRM

Overview

JustDial Leads Integration App helps you to connect your JustDial account with Kylas account in order to fetch the JustDial leads directly into Kylas. It helps Kylas users to work effectively on the Leads without any delay caused due to offline lead sharing. A prerequisite for this integration is that you should be on the paid plan of JustDial and Kylas CRM.

How will it work?

Please follow the below steps to use JustDial leads integration app:

Click on ‘Install’ button.
After installation signup on the app.
Verify your email account and login to the JustDial lead integration app.
Enter Kylas API key and click ‘Save’.
Navigate to ‘JustDial Settings’ section
Click ‘Add connected Accounts’
Enter Account name, Choose the ‘Campaign’, ‘Source’, ‘Product or Services’ , and Owner you want to map to the Leads that are created from JustDial
Choose ‘Active’ status
Click ‘Save’
Copy the Webhook URL shown on the Connected accounts listing page
Send the URL to the JustDial backend team to configure it on their system to send Leads of your account to be sent to the call back URL.
Once JustDial confirms the configuration at their side, please check your Kylas account for Leads.
To view the leads failed to integrate, navigate to the ‘Failed Leads’ section of JustDial lead integration app.
