Zoho’s biggest pro - that it is an all-in-one productivity suite - is also its biggest con! The system comes with a learning curve. In addition, there are a lot of features and settings on the system that do not disable and make it challenging to perform the simplest of tasks.
On the other hand, Kylas is very user-friendly with features focused on increasing the efficiency and productivity of the teams. We are even rated as the Easiest to Use CRM by G2.
Zoho’s pricing is on a per-user basis. So, while it can be cost-effective for 1-2 users, it gets expensive as your team grows. As a result, moving forward, you will either have to shell out increasing amounts towards license costs or restrict your number of users/licenses.
